MM Teleperformance (MMT)
The company has thousands of call centre staff taking orders and handling requests from the public for their client base, shipping thousands of items a day from their central warehousing facilities. With a client list that is a “Who’s Who” of major UK and international corporations, MMT needed to enhance its services and enable clients to have more rapid access to consumers order information. Quest are now redeveloping the existing system to enable MMT clients, (and even the clients end user consumer customers) to access order and stock information.
